* 1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon wasabi paste, or to taste
* 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
* 1 tablespoon minced green onion
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, wasabi paste, ginger and green onion. Serve on lettuce leaves or make a sandwich with white bread.
